<p>This farmer video program is a great initiative and can reach out to many<br>farmers, with the coming of such innovation and coming of smart phones<br>extension workers can amplify their work and reach out to many. A video gives well detailed practicable experiences that can be shared with others and can be applied in similar conditions.<br>A refresher course went on very well despite challenges of limited time which<br>was also due to limited resources and also failure to provide transport to participants which also affected attendance of some who were either leaving<br>early or coming late. There is also still need to train our participants using gadgets which always produce quality work that can be shared continentally<br>and adopted somewhere. There are many CSA technologies that can be<br>documented in different areas and can be scaled out, therefore need to<br>document them through such innovations.</p>
