<p>There is need to do a refresher training for the video so that extension workers will have enough capacity on farmer video production, the meeting will also provide a platform to encourage extension workers to document more videos that will be shared with farmers. Considering that extension workers have got<br>different experiences and ICT backgrounds the refresher course will be one way of empowering them with ICT skills to make sure they produce good impactful videos that will be shared and enhance learning in communities. The training need to target the challenges and needs those that were reported by the<br>participants to make sure that it addresses the need which is on the ground.</p>
