<p>This handbook aims at imparting knowledge to the trainer on the factors that contribute to aflatoxin<br>contamination of produce along the agricultural value chain. The handbook gives detailed information<br>on what each of the value chain actors (farmers, transporters, food and feed processors, retailers,<br>wholesalers as well as consumers) should do and not do in order to manage aflatoxins in Uganda.</p>
